Today is my parents 23rd wedding anniversary, so to celebrate, we went to the Milwaukee zoo! They have a pretty sweet dinosaur exhibit, and we got a lot of nifty pictures:

I didn’t snap the picture in time… it looks kinda like he is running away I guess?
We didn’t spend all day looking at the dinosaurs though. We had a lot of fun looking at the real animals too.

We also found it fitting to ride on the train… and we were definitely the only people without children under 10 years old.

Since our older sister, Sarah, was in Oshkosh this weekend, she couldn’t make it on this epic trip. So we bought her a little present :)
Ok so Brenna and I got presents too. How can you pass up a giraffe hand puppet??? Burke girls definitely can’t, that’s for sure :P
