Puppy Nesting

My mom thinks that she is, as she calls it, "puppy nesting." She has been cleaning and organizing the house to get ready for Duke's arrival. Above is a picture of the things that we have bought for him so far: a puppy bed, training pads, a frisbee, and a collar with a puppy tag :)

Go Pack Go!

Yesterday, my dad and I went on an epic quest to find jerseys for my mom and I to wear during the Packers-Falcons game.  Unfortunately, Falcons jerseys are hard to come by in Wisconsin.

YEA RIGHT! Like we would root for anyone other than the Packers.  I got the last Aaron Rodgers jersey in my size, and we got mom the last Clay Matthews jersey in her size.  Lucky day!

It was just me and my parents watching the game, and we had so much fun!  We made some really good food, and had a great time yelling and cheering the Packers on.

Final Score: 48-21.  On to the NFC Championship game for the Packers!!!!

Purple Hair

This weekend I ended up coming home to Oregon so that I could get a purple extension in my hair.

I like how it turned out :)  And most of the money that I paid for it is going to research for Pancreatic Cancer.  It’s something that they are doing at my mom’s salon.

Last day in Oregon!

Today is my last day in Oregon before I move back to Stevens Point!  To celebrate, I got ice cream (and juggling balls) with my dad, and I went to The Other Guys with my mom.  It was hilarious!  Finally, a Will Ferrell movie that I can watch a few times and not get sick of.  Also, I packed most of my stuff yesterday, so I didn’t have to worry about packing today, and I could just hang out.  Here is my wonderfully packed stuff, chillin’ all over the house.

Wow I have a bunch of stuff.  Let’s hope that I didn’t forget anything!

Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream

Yesterday was my mom’s birthday (37 again!), and we were going to go and get birthday ice cream after dinner… but we ended up going out to Pizza Hut and then we just totally forgot.  So instead, we got birthday ice cream today!

There’s the birthday girl with her ice cream.  Even if it is a day late, she still enjoyed it :)
